We were switching locations, when she turned to walk towards the banister of the deck. I smiled, noting the way her veil fell so delicately over the back of her dress. Pulling my camera to my face, I captured this small moment, not for any purpose other than to remember the gratitude that spilled out of it. Thankfulness had found itself wrapped around my heart as I realized the incredible gift I have of capturing brides and documenting the lives of my clients in such a beautiful and intimate way….I captured this moment for my beautiful bride, and also, for myself. I never wanted to forget my thankfulness.
I cannot even begin to tell you how in love with LOVE I am! This past week I went home to good ole Powhatan, Virginia and was able to photograph one of my beautiful June brides! As we adventured around our beautiful location, I was totally captivated by the excited overflowing joy my bride exhibited. She GLOWED, and once again I couldn’t stop praising the Lord for the opportunities I have to capture such beauty.
